With nearly 80,000 Customer Service Representative positions in the Phoenix area, contact centers offer a promising career path with great benefits, growth opportunities, and an average wage of $17.23/hour!

This training program provides the basic customer service and communication skills that you need to stand out to employers and get hired! We'll also provide resume writing and interview skills training to prepare you to meet with our hiring partners at the end of the program. 

Cost: FREE for eligible candidates through Arizona Career Pathways
Duration: 24 hours (over 4 weeks)
