A Home Health Aide (HHA) is a trained professional who provides personalized care to individuals who need assistance with daily living tasks in their own homes. HHAs often work with elderly clients, people with chronic illnesses, or those recovering from surgeries or injuries. Their responsibilities include helping with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Home health aides play a crucial role in promoting their clients' independence and improving their overall quality of life by offering both physical support and emotional companionship.
