Artificial Intelligence

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

EMCC has partnered with Intel, to create the first associate degree (AAS) and certificate of completion (CCL) in the nation in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. This program will enable students to develop traditional skills such as data collection, AI model training, coding, and exploring the societal impact of AI technology.

CISCO NETWORKING

Students will get hands-on experience and develop skills to install, configure, and maintain routers and switches; configure routing protocols and Local Area Networks (LAN); troubleshoot hardware and software configurations; and perform administrative tasks in a network while preparing for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam.

Cloud Computing

CLOUD COMPUTING

Cloud computing provides reliable, secure, and flexible technology solutions for personal and business use. Learn the fundamental concepts of cloud services as well as hands-on opportunities to apply these concepts to real-world applications while preparing for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Cloud Practitioner exam.

Programming Coding

CODING / PROGRAMMING

Our Coding, Programming, and Mobile Applications program provides an in-depth exploration of different computer languages including Java, Visual Basic, programming theory, and web programming, and is designed to train you in mobile app programming and beyond. You will learn to identify common uses of computers in business, write simple programs in common programming languages, design algorithms and become a pro at cascading style sheets (CSS).

COMPUTER SCIENCE

Computer Science is the study of the what, the how, and the why in computers. It covers everything from the inner workings of circuit boards to how we interact with technology in our daily lives. It also happens to be one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying career fields out there. Microsoft Datacenter Academy

MICROSOFT DATACENTER ACADEMY

The Microsoft Datacenter Academy program provides students with cutting-edge, hands-on IT training and experience in high-tech classrooms and a Datacenter Academy lab that contains six rack cabinets with a mix of servers, storage devices, and networking equipment. This partnership with Microsoft fills a void in the IT job market and provides students with streamlined pathways to these high-paying IT jobs.

Multimedia Technologies

MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES

By participating in the Multimedia Technology programs, you will have hands-on learning opportunities that mirror what you'll find in the Multimedia, Web Design and Development, Graphic Design, Animation, and Desktop Publishing industries. You’ll gain experience with professional methods, the leading industry software and tools, and other real-world preparations to help you successfully enter the workforce.

Both Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) and Glendale Community College (GCC) offer professional industry certification exams on campus for your convenience.
