Average Learner Evaluation Score
After each learning session, participants complete a learner evaluation. The MCOR learner evaluation follows the Kirkpatrick
4-level evaluation model, which has been widely used in the training industry for over 50 years.
Average Net Promoter Score
In addition to tracking learning data, we ask our clients to fill out a client scorecard, which includes a Net Promoter Score®, at the end of every client engagement. Net Promoter Score®, or NPS®, measures customer experience and predicts business growth.
